  • Must be Graduate of any 4 year course
  • Work experience in the same or related role for at least 5-7 years
  • Preferred exposure in the multinational BPO / Call Center industry
  • Presentation Skills
  • Know when and how to apply effective Root Cause Analysis
  • Must have a solid background in terms of report generation
  • Articulate and confident in communication skill
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas
