Tough times call for tough people, and at this phase of the global pandemic that we are faced with, Nezda, and a lot of other organizations for that matter, is looking into two very important things – how to keep our people and their families safe, and how do we continue our operations as best as we could.??

?

In the months to come, we are all hoping that the curve will flatten and the spread of the virus will come to an end. When this is all over, how prepared is Nezda to start with the new normal???

?

Honestly, these extraordinary times have made Nezda better in analyzing and responding to risks brought about by the COVID 19 pandemic. We’re certainly past our phase of impulsive decision making and paranoia. We always carefully assess the situation and take our course of action based on gathered facts and data.??

?

In this article, we would like to share the measures we will be taking in order for us to manage our internal and external business processes for the rest of 2020:?

?

Build a culture that does not just tolerate these circumstances but also grows in it. Nezda will continue to showcase what the “I AM NEZDA” culture really is. It doesn’t matter if we’re faced with a global pandemic, shift in regulations, and even change in compliance practices, Nezda will always be here to stay. We commit to maintain high levels of enduring accomplishments and will continue to perform what we do best even in vague times of constant disruptions. Nezda commits to drive change on how we engage our people – clients, employees and jobseekers, and we will remain flexible in rewarding and retaining them.?

?

Rethink about what “performance” means in the post COVID 19 world. This global pandemic has been making us think differently about what “performance” means to us compared to our previous years in operation. As soon as the news about this COVID 19 emerged, we shifted our focus on preserving our business process while being quick to adapt to changes that we face. We have deployed agile and more efficient operating methods so that we can continue serving our clients while assuring that the needs of our employees are well-taken care of.??

?

Continue with an action-oriented, communicative leadership model.? Businesses are now in a fight for survival and in Nezda, we believe that working as a team is the best approach to conquer the business issues brought by COVID 19. Nezdawill continue to show unending compassion and commitment to our people. We want everyone to know that Nezda is not just a company; we are a group of leaders that cares for people and understands what each and every one of us is going through. The different tasks we give each individual employee paves the way to a collective, shorter-term team based targets that allow us to propel to our long-term organizational goals. We encourage our people to engage in agile leadership and not be limited by one way of how to do things. It is one where decisions are made through mutual agreements and consensus.?

?

Remain forward-looking despite these business challenges. Our ability to think forward as a company is one of the many factors that set Nezda apart from other recruitment firms in the country and beyond. We will assure to continue executing our business ideas by committing to our goals of providing thousands of opportunities for people. We will continue to be driven by our strong work vision and mission and we will continue to drive business growth for the years to come. Nezda will fully commit to taking bold decisions with calculated risks as this will allow us to achieve more than our competitors can.??

?

The COVID 19 crisis may have taken a toll on how we do business, and we are not sure of what’s to come.?However, Nezda is ready for the post COVID 19 era. We are certain that we will continue to offer thousands of opportunities for people looking for a career and we will stand by our reputation as one of the largest recruitment firms in the Philippines and Malaysia.

?

Here at Nezda, we don’t just do business—we make exceptional connections every day.
